### Steps to reproduce
#1.open link in PC chrome and set chrome in developers tool ,toggle device toolbar in ipad pro or any other modes.
#2.move mouse hover over the icon,then submenu named select1 and select2 show.
#3.first ,click select1 the submenu still show. then click select2 the submenu vanish.
#4.first ,click select2 the submenu still show. then click select1 the submenu vanish.
Android chrome has the same situation.

close PC chrome developers tool.first ,click select1 the submenu vanish. then click select2 the submenu vanish too.Ipad chrome has the same situation.

#1.打开链接地址 在谷歌浏览器 开发者模式 选择移动设备模式
#2.鼠标移动至图标处，弹出子菜单 select1和select2
#3.先点击select1 子菜单仍然显示，再次点击select2后，子菜单消失。
#4.先点击select2 子菜单仍然显示，再次点击select1后，子菜单消失。
华为pad 安卓系统的chrome浏览器产生上述情况。
关闭浏览器开发者模式 第一次点击select1或者第一次点击select2 子菜单都是直接消失。ipad上的chrome浏览器产生上述情况。

### What is Expected?
no matter which selector select1 or select2 click first. submenu vanish as soon as the first click.

无论何种设备都应该是点击一次后，子菜单直接消失。
