[feature request] add the option parameter to the select component change event

为什么不在select的change里面增加option参数，网上看大家因为没有这个参数，很苦恼的各种hack二次封装，感觉不是很便捷

这个里面明明拿到了参数，为什么不顺便添加进去呢？
不知道是出于什么考虑，希望大佬出来解答一下。
