[bug report] carousel cannot set the width of El carousel item

项目内修改走马灯 el-carousel-item 宽度时 会出现不居中的情况

期待给走马灯 el-carousel-item设置宽度 后仍能在屏幕内保持居中

实际当给走马灯 el-carousel-item 设置宽度后，可能偏左或偏右
