[Bug Report] What Happened ? I just changed the CSS

### OS/Browsers version
macOS 10.15.7

### Steps to reproduce
1、点击页面的 add tab 按钮，预计点击6次左右，页面将卡死

### What is Expected?
页面不卡死，可以符合预期的 css 样式效果；预期效果为：tabs 栏的宽度继承父级宽度，宽度为 600px

### What is actually happening?
页面卡死，无法进行任何操作!!!

将如下属性删除或者注释，则不会卡死页面 🤔
