### Steps to reproduce
正常导入element-ui后，在走马灯对应组件中使用change事件
### What is Expected?
图片切换时改变当前轮播图索引
### What is actually happening?
不管是否暂停轮播，还是说鼠标移入后，change事件依然是继续执行
