### Steps to reproduce
overwrite the style of el-table scrollbar, make scroll bar height and width a different. el-table will has offset on scrolling
### What is Expected?
there is not offset when scrolling
### What is actually happening?
el-table 's fixed column will be offseted by the distance between width and height of scrollbar
