现在的日期时间选择组件超级难用，主要是时间选择那里，必须要用鼠标滚啊滚的，没有滚轮的鼠标就更痛苦了，对于业务操作人员来说相当不友好，bootstrap的时间选择组件对于业务人员来说非常的方便好用，为什么不借鉴一下bootstrap的那个时间选择方式做一个对业务友好一些的时间选择组件呢
