### Description
在el-table-column 中使用showOverflowTooltip 属性后， 出现的tooltip内容无法复制。
看了代码之后发现在td 的 handleCellMouseLeave 方法中 直接就执行了销毁tooltip的方法。
是否可以支持修改placement 来 支持 允许复制tooltip内容
