### Steps to reproduce
InputNumber 计数器
1.单击触摸板选择加减号
2.数字一次点击增加/减少2个计数

由于触摸板响应时间慢，会导致体验问题

### What is Expected?
长按快速加减的功能可以设置延迟触发时间，或关闭该功能

### What is actually happening?
无法找到如何关闭或者更改触发时间的位置
