[bug report] in the latest version of chrome, some elements will have black borders

1.点击点我打开
2.可以看到我是标题有一个黑色的边框(bug1)，点击标题，边框消失，再次点击继续出现。
3.点击下面内容区，可以看到整个窗口也有一个黑色边框(bug2)

不要出现黑色边框

出现黑色的边框了
