[bug report] in ie10 browser, the upload component repeatedly uploads the same file, but it cannot upload the second time

### Steps to reproduce
在ie10浏览器下，选择一个文件上传，删除改文件，再上传

### What is Expected?
文件可以被上传，出现在文件列表里面

### What is actually happening?
文件没有被上传，没有出现在文件列表里面
