[feature request] can custom theme support custom filled pixels

比如，在自定义主题中，我想要使用element-ui的布局，但是header的高和main的padding不是我想要的值，还比如：card组件的title的高度，内容区的padding等等.... ，我是否可以像定制颜色一样自定义这些height、padding，目前好像是没有看到可以定义这个，我只能自己重写覆盖掉原有的css来实现
