### Steps to reproduce
NavMenu导航菜单el-menu参数router属性跳转到相同路由报错，路由可以正常跳转，但在当前路由下再次点击相同路由时，浏览器会报错，效果正常，浏览器报错内容为：Navigating to current location ("当前路径") is not allowed
使用router方式无法进行catch方式的捕获
