Description

> [!CAUTION]
> This issue is categorized as _a highly intricate issue_; thus a full software specification and a file tree documentation are required, and they must be strictly compliant with the guidelines of computing presented by the Electrostat-Lab Organization.

### A request to:
1) Revive the Hybrid-Jme project (NOT on GitHub).
2) Migrate the Hybrid-Jme project to the Electrostatic4j module as a submodule.
3) Migrate the [Game-HCI](https://github.com/Electrostat-Lab/Game-HCI) project to the Electrostatic4j module as a submodule.
4) Apply an equivalence relationships and create a common standard abstraction (including common CompatHarness) for developing Game GUIs.
5) Present a full software specification ([Model-base/System-Entity-Structure --MB/SES--](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1569190X20300617) or a [Component/Deployment diagram](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Component_diagram) is preferred over UML Class diagrams), together with a First-order logic model using [the Automata Theory](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automata_theory).

A suggestive solution name is left to the developer.
