Group and Element Mathematical Operator Overloads

**Description**
The python version of the group and element classes have Mathematical functions for things such as adding them together, doing power operations, and other more complex ones such as (a + bc) all with making sure that the answer fits into an ElementModP or ElementModQ in the end. This is not built into the C++ version of these classes.

**Possible Solution**
Implement the basic functionalities of this using mathematical operator overloading.
