Implement an automated comment system that triggers upon the closure of an issue. This system would post a standardized comment on the closed issue, providing closure to the reporter and potentially offering additional resources or guidance.

### Use Case

This feature would greatly enhance user experience by providing clear closure on reported issues. Users would receive immediate acknowledgment when their reported issues are resolved, eliminating uncertainty and fostering a sense of transparency and responsiveness within the project. Additionally, the automated comment could offer further assistance or resources related to the closed issue, enhancing the user's understanding and satisfaction with the resolution process.
