"Transferring Files" instructions should provide a useful destination

Description
The "Transferring Files" section (https://remarkable.guide/guide/access/file-transfer.html) has you transfer files into `/home/root/`. Which, apart from `log.txt`, is completely empty.
None of the documents, PDFs, etc. that are on the device are in this directory.
The guide should provide some note or link to instruct those of us who are trying to transfer documents via USB when the app syncing is failing.
i.e. when we scp our PDF to `/home/root/`, how do we get it to a place where the device GUI will let us view it?
