Better support for Airline

When starting revolution with airline + daylight, the airline colors aren't properly set, and neither is the background. I'm not sure what the exact fix for this is, however vim-gotham doesn't have this problem, which might be due to the autoload's that it uses.

When using airline with revolution, I see that airline has no colors at all until I leave normal mode.
