webpack copy missing for tablet?

Hey, just got my app refused on apple store because of this issue: [screenshot](https://i.snipboard.io/wl6C87.jpg)

Seems like the lazy loading of the app.tablet.css works great except when building for release.
Pretty sure it's related to webpack copy of that file but really don't know how to fix it.
I found [this other issue](https://github.com/NativeScript/nativescript-dev-webpack/issues/284) but it took me to a missing resource on nativescript docs.

Any hint?
