Compatibility with Angular 9 Ivy

Hi,
I upgraded my NativeScript project to Angular 9 using this [guide](https://github.com/NativeScript/nativescript-angular/wiki/Updating-and-developing-for-@nativescript-angular-v9-with-Ivy-or-without).

When enabling ivy in `tsconfig.json` it gives me multiple errors like:


Start by reading the Angular 9 Ivy update guide and inspecting the project's tsconfig.json, then reproduce the reported errors with Ivy enabled. The issue is done when the NativeScript project builds without the reported compatibility errors; no test file or implementation entry point is identified.
