Please add Center Editor Window

It is a quality of life extension that adds the functionality to scroll the open text editor to place your current cursor in the center. Emacs has this feature built-in which I use quite often and therefore miss in OSS Code. https://github.com/kaiwood/vscode-center-editor-window
