Supersedes #13174, which I opened through the API a few minutes ago and which therefore carries none of this template's labels. I am closing that one in favour of this request.

The sub-choice under Option 1 is the first alternative: the extension repo is owned by the GitHub ID making this request. Those two entries are markdown in the template and cannot be ticked, so the choice is stated here instead.

The namespace, the VS Code Marketplace publisher and the GitHub account are all haksolot, and this issue is opened from that same GitHub account.
