Delete namespace: TridentIoT-Test

I created this namespace to test the deployment of an extension to the Open VSX marketplace. My company has created an official namespace now, and I'd like to remove this one.

I've attempted to delete the namespace in the `https://open-vsx.org/user-settings/namespaces` section of the Open VSX site (as described in https://github.com/eclipse-openvsx/openvsx/pull/1773), but I'm not seeing any option to do so (perhaps as a result of the namespace being unverified).

Start at the Open VSX user-settings/namespaces page and compare its current behavior with the flow described in pull request 1773. The work is done when an owner can remove the unverified TridentIoT-Test namespace and it no longer appears as an available namespace.
