"EcosystemConstructionPromotionCenter", which does not match this namespace,
and we have no extension published on the Marketplace yet. Option 1 and
Option 2 require a Marketplace publisher account whose name equals the
namespace, therefore neither can be used.
- The namespace does not match the requesting GitHub ID.
- We do not own a domain matching the namespace, so no DNS TXT / email
validation is possible.

Justification for ownership:
- @MuMaoLiu is the sole author and publisher of ecosystem-construction.oscodex-extension.
- The extension is the VS Code client of the SZOS / OpenHarmony "OSCodex"
workbench, an internal engineering project of our team (Shenzhen Zhihong /
SZOS ecosystem construction team).
- The v0.1.59 publication under this namespace was performed by the same
GitHub ID (@MuMaoLiu) that is requesting ownership here; the namespace was
created by that account via `ovsx create-namespace`.
- Source code is hosted on a private Gitea instance with no public internet
access, therefore no public commit URL can be provided.

We are willing to provide any additional evidence on request, such as a
screenshot of the private Gitea commit history or the OpenHarmony repository
contribution records.
