RPGLE Code Coverage extension stuck “Under review”

Hi Open VSX team,

I published version 1.7.0 of my extension RPGLE Code Coverage under the balrocj namespace, but the extension has remained in “Under review” status since publication.

Another extension under the same namespace, DSPF Designer, was published successfully.

My balrocj namespace ownership has also already been verified through issue #12874.

Could you please let me know if there is anything I need to change or provide in order to complete the review?
