Description
### Requested namespaces
I am consolidating the remaining ownership requests as requested in #12831. The exact namespaces are:
- AHP product family: `ahp`, `agent-host-protocol`, `agent-host`, `ahp-host`, `ahp-client`, `ahp-server`, and `ahp-daemon`.
- Protocol interoperability surfaces: `mcp` and `a2a`.
- Agent product concepts: `ac`, `ape`, and `ade`.
- OpenAgency aliases: `agency` and `oa`.
- AI Fleet aliases: `aifleet` and `af`.
- Personal developer identity: `mouch` and `joshmouch`.
The separate `openagency` request has already been granted and is not part of this remaining request.
### My connection to the namespaces
I am Josh Mouch, the creator and maintainer of the independent AI Fleet, OpenAgency, and Agent Host Protocol work represented by these product-family names. My GitHub account is https://github.com/joshmouch and has public history dating to 2012.
The AHP names identify the independent Agent Host Protocol client, host, and runtime surfaces I am developing. `mcp` and `a2a` identify interoperability adapters and bridges in that product family; I am not claiming to own or represent either external protocol or its standards body.
`ac`, `ape`, and `ade` are short forms for planned independent Agent Cooperative, Agent Product Environment, and Agent Development Environment products. `agency` and `oa` are aliases for OpenAgency. `aifleet` and `af` are aliases for AI Fleet. `mouch` and `joshmouch` are my personal developer identity.
I created these namespaces through my authenticated Open VSX account and currently have contributor access. Each namespace remains empty and reports `verified: false`. I have not published extension content solely to manufacture ownership evidence.
If this request is broader than Open VSX policy permits, please grant the product and personal-identity namespaces that have sufficient connection evidence and identify the specific namespaces that require a narrower request or additional evidence.

Research direction
No code files or tests are mentioned. Start by reviewing the requested namespace list and the ownership evidence in the issue, then compare each namespace with the applicable Open VSX policy; done means eligible namespaces are granted or the specific namespaces needing narrower requests or more evidence are identified.
