[Feature] Being able to export and import custom color schemes

### Suggestion:
There should be options to export and import user customised color schemes to make it more convenient to share and move color schemes across multiple installations.

### Implementation details:
This feature involves adding JSON import, export, and validation in the _GlobalCssSchemesLoader.ts_. This could be implemented using buttons in the upper navigation bar under the _Options_ category.
