No logs control, no documentation of how to control it

I know EE v4 is still in Beta version (as much as you claim it's ready) but I found another huge issue the hard way.
Today on one of the popular websites I run everything died. Upon checking turned out that EEv4 ate.... 15GB in logs leaving no space left.
Now I understand that it's up to me to clean it up and so I did, however, as "out of the box" software having no log rotation on nginx-proxy or no log control on MariaDB logging - it's really a sign of rushed setup and it should be either documented well to notify users that the logs grow infinitely or fixed.
