Cannot Install nginx-common 1.14.0-1ppa~stable

I have tried to use command

`ee site create xxxxxx.com.br --user=XXXXX --pass=xXxXxX --wpredis --php7 --experimental --letsencrypt`

with no sucess, in my log it appears the error of

i also tried to upgrade stack but nginx havent been installed at all so then I tried to install this package directly and tried again easy engine commands and it returned:

EasyEngine detected a previously installed Nginx package. It may or may not have required modules.
