Nginx helper enable logging and timestamp doesn't work

Under the debug option in Nginx Helper, enabling logging the log file is always empty. Also Enable Nginx Timestamp in HTML the timestamp is not added to the bottom of the html documents. I have tried this not logged in as well. It used to work fine in v3.
