[Space Exploration] Shift-click request amounts and fluid buffers on certain space recipes exceed sensible values

Certain recipes, usually recipes in the space manufactory, have a default request beyond what a vanilla requester chest can carry, even at default speeds.

The fluid buffers in certain space machines require that their output fluidbox area is adjusted to better match the recipe results of the fluids they create (as of this ticket there are several recipes that have a buffer in the thousands when they only output tens of fluid units per craft).

These two issues are part of the same ticket as they both require a pass on the recipes and machines for them to work properly, and it may be better to handle both issues at the same time.
