[AAI Loaders] Git patch to display alerts for loaders out of lubricant

I'll admit that the times that I've come to a section with lots of loaders, made a lot of changes, forgotten a pipe, and then look later to notice that the loaders are off because I didn't do that is a lot. I've added alert functionality for loaders so its in the quickbar when a loader is out of lube.

I also made it so that no alert is sent for loaders that have never had lubricant before (typically freshly placed) as not to spam players with erroneous messages. I just use the entity icon for the alert, should probably be a fluid missing icon? Maybe something custom?
