Melting Methane Ice Need Ratio Tweaking

The Bio-facility used to melt methane ice shows a crafting time of 0.25s. While the building can be boosted higher than 600%, the amount of methane output never goes beyond this. I was told in the discord that this is due to the crafting time with respect to the tick clock. Basically you can only calculate the recipe every tick. So if you boost beyond 60t/s (all Speed 6 modules IIRC) then you've maxed out the recipe. I would suggest that the recipe be adjusted so that maxing out the facility (building all speed 9s + 20 speed 9s from beacon) actually gets you the target.
