What is the state of a charging station?
What is the state of a single charger?
We want to be able to ask a charger:
-which plugs are available
-what faults are you throwing
-what state are the plugs in (available, unavailable, preparing)
Leah will comment what state information ChargeNet is interested in.
Walter will comment what state information ChargerHelp is interested in.
