Environment setup

Is it an idea to have environment setup that can set up a local environment inside the repository which includes an installation of cmip7-cmor-tables. I generally prefer to keep the environment installation local to the repo as it lives somewhere I have a good overview of it. Also for other repos, I have had these type things in a Makefile so environment setups etc can be handled there. One can use pip (and install the cmip7-cmor-tables from github) for everything, or pixi or something else as one prefers. Happy to make a suggestion for a setup for that if you think that is interesting @jedwards4b
