Description
In [section 6.5.1](https://esmci.github.io/cime/users_guide/porting-cime.html)of the users guide it suggests running the cheyenne prealpha tests on your system. But this list includes tests that we expect to fail. There is no mention of expected failures in the users guide, this is
misleading for someone working on a port.
