Eternal Snow

Snowfall in the high latitudes can accumulate in unlimited quantities, both over non-glaciated and glaciated land. This is a problem for glaciers if I ever coupled to an interactive ocean, but it turns out it may ALSO be a problem for non-glaciated land, as having 100s of kg/m2 of snow on even a few gridcells all year round is messing with the local surface energy budget and making it artificially cold. I didn't expect that to be an issue, but it appears that it is. Consider capping total snow on non-glaciated cells to some fixed amount (and chucking the rest into run off? Not perfect, but might solve the temperature issue). Have to do something for ice sheets, too, but worry about htat later.
