Description
The stochastic physics package has some tunable parameters that are set in the `&nam_stochy` section of input.nml. For example `OCNSKEB_LSCALE`, `NTRUNC`, and `OCNSKEB_TAU`. It would be nice to be able to set these from within `user_nl_mom` rather than by modifying input.nml and putting it into the SourceMods directory. Manually modifying input.nml conflicts with the way that restarting the stochastic physics package is currently handled.
This is not urgent.
