Description
Currently, user_nl_mom is used only to add parameters in MOM_override. In addition, allowing users to make changes in input.nml file via user_nl_mom may improve usability. Currently, any change in input.nml has to be done by copying an existing input.nml (usually from run directory) to SourceMods directory.
