Description
For now we are not allowing MEGAN coupling fields with LILAC. Once we want to couple this aspect of chemistry, we'll need to make some changes.
A small change is needed in LILAC's buildnml to make the `-no-megan` flag dynamic.
More significant changes are needed in the source code, to read in the megan fields from namelist, enable these coupling fields, and maybe more.
