Description
The CTSM input data-set tools:
tools/mkmapdata/mknoocnmap.pl
tools/ncl_scripts/getregional_datasets.ncl
require grids with 0-360 longitude rather than -180-180. It also requires monotone increasing and as such can't create regions over the 0 longitude line.
