Description
I talked to @Katetc about this and she agreed that we only need to test CISM with the latest CLM physics. This will remove some duplicate tests in our test lists. I also mean to talk about this at the Thursday CTSM SE meeting.

Research direction
Start by locating the CTSM test lists for CISM and compare the entries using different CLM physics versions. Keep coverage for only the latest CLM physics, currently clm6_0, and remove the duplicate tests; done when the revised lists no longer test CISM with older CLM physics.
