Description
In the CTSM SE meeting we decided we plan to deprecate the remove the Cruv7 forcing option. This is somewhat related to #4115 is Cruv7 was the forcing used for clm4_5, so the removal of clm4_5 means it makes sense to remove Cruv7
Definition of done:
- [ ] Add Cruv7 to the list of unsupported/deprecated features
- [ ] Remove mention of Cruv7 in documentation (or say it's being deprecated)

Research direction
Start by locating the unsupported/deprecated feature list and searching for Cruv7 in documentation, compset tests, compsets, namelist_deinition/defaults, buildnml, and LND_TUNING_MODE. Review the linked CDEPS issue before coordinating its update and bringing that change into CTSM. Done means all listed Cruv7 references, tests, options, and supported-forcing entries are removed or marked deprecated.
