CDEPS update to new CMIP7 preliminary spinup: aerosols, ndep, ozone, CO2

Update CDEPS tag to use spinup CMIP7 1850: aerosols, ndep, ozone, and CO2

For historical use CMIP6 aerosols and ndep (which means picking a SSP245) and CMIP7 CO2
(Will do a simulation to check the jump from going from 1850 to historical with CMIP aerosols: Keith, Sam L, or Will)
(Principle use CMIP7 for whatever can be, and CMIP6 for anything else)

These datasets are a climatology of the CESM simulation used for CPLHIST. The final version will be a climalogy (and an ensemble average) of the 1850 fully coupled simulation.
