Description
We need to be able to dowload CMIP7 before @jedwards4b loses machine access in June.
[Instructions are in this doc](https://docs.google.com/document/d/17rcXIj5MvIOvWl25XSWCOcJtE9BxlLqWCXUm37rpXB8/edit?usp=sharing), can someone check we can get the data updates we need as they're available?
**Definition of done:** confirm we can download CMIP7 data needed for CESM3 without Jim
