Description
We need a list of h0 (gridcell) and h1 (pft) history fields being requested for WIEMIP that are outside of the default monthly h0 fields.
@lawrencepj1 I have a _'flat'_ history case that's ready to go. Please post here what should be included in `user_nl_clm`
