Description
It looks like the [ILAMB3 package](https://github.com/rubisco-sfa/ilamb3) has updated datasets like GFED5 (thanks @lifang0209). Should we support model analyses with this package? Would this be instead of, or in addition to, our current ILAMB installation that's integrated with CUPiD?
Based on conversation below, it seems like ilamb3 isn't quite ready for broader community use. As such, I'm changing this issue to bring GFED5 into our current ilamb v2 installation.
Maybe others more familiar with the different flavors of ILAMB could weigh in here? @nocollier, @lawrencepj1, @olyson
