Get the mizu testlist working

The mizu testlist in mizuRoute isn't working with mizuRoute v3.0.1. The gnu tests, izumi_nag tests, and an intel threading test fail.

Compsets with mizuRoute, with gnu or nag compiler

The threading test that fails is likely due to a problem with the PE layout more than mizuRoute itself.
