Description
@ckoven developed a script to generate the necessary stead state land use data for the `I1850Clm60FatesNoCompFbg` and `I2000Clm60FatesNoCompFbg` compsets identified for the CLM6 code freeze. See https://github.com/ESCOMP/CTSM/issues/3101#issuecomment-3268149007 for details. The script pull request, https://github.com/NGEET/tools-fates-landusedata/pull/37, needs review for integration into the data set generation workflow.
