### Brief summary of bug
Two links in our users guide ([here](https://github.com/ESCOMP/CTSM/blob/35cc54f0d7a8536ae431b1c611f5ca5beb7c154d/doc/source/users_guide/setting-up-and-running-a-case/customizing-the-clm-configuration.rst?plain=1#L506) and [here](https://github.com/ESCOMP/CTSM/blob/35cc54f0d7a8536ae431b1c611f5ca5beb7c154d/doc/source/users_guide/setting-up-and-running-a-case/customizing-the-datm-namelist.rst?plain=1#L14)) are broken.
I found in the CIME users guide that they are also seemingly broken (see[ this page](https://esmci.github.io/cime/versions/master/html/users_guide/cime-change-namelist.html)) so we need to find out where these pages are before we can fix them here.
